These two made absolutely gorgeous models during their maternity session at Ft. Desoto State Par! This park is another one of my top favorite outdoor locations because of the variety of backgrounds available all within a short walking distance to a conveniently located bathroom (a must have for pregnant mamas!). We were able to explore two separate beach areas, beautiful tall grass, and the rock ruins near the pier pictured below.
I always recommend booking your maternity session at the start of your second trimester so that we can ensure availability and get you scheduled for when you are between 27-34 weeks along. Wondering what to wear? We offer an ever-growing client closet of beautiful maternity dresses that you are welcome to wear for your session and love helping with styling/outfit selection for everyone else that will be participating in the session as well!
We will also discuss your vision for the session during your pre-session consultation. Do you picture yourself on the beach with a beautiful sunset in the background? In a soft, pretty, open field of grass? Surrounded by trees for a more forest-y vibe? We have location options to fit just about every vision and can’t wait to help capture some gorgeous memories of this life changing milestone for you to look back on and share with your future child/children. All that you will need to do is choose how you would like to enjoy these memories for generations to come. Do you prefer to preserve your memories in an album, in a display box of matted prints, in the form of framed or canvas wall art, or as digital images to share with your friends and family? It was so obvious throughout the entire session how excited Abha and Darshit are to become first time parents and I can’t wait to meet their sweet boy soon during their in-home newborn session!
